Vendor FAQ  

How can I reserve a booth at the bridal expo, and what is included in the package? Please review the Vendor Pricing booth options on our website.

What is the expected foot traffic and demographics of attendees at the bridal expo? This event focuses on engagements of those in the entire state of Louisiana.  We sponsor ads to recruit the most brides and their bridal parties.

​

Is there an early bird discount for booking a booth well in advance? We offer discounts for vendors that invite 10 brides to attend. Ask at events@bridalbattle.com for more information.

​

Can I customize the layout and design of my booth space? Yes, within your allocated booth space.

What is the schedule for setup and breakdown of booths on the expo day?

Vendor Check in is from 10am to 12pm

Bride check in is from 1:30 to 2pm

Event is From 2pm to 5pm

Please don’t break down until after 5pm. There will be a dance off and Bridal Team attire contest and Ugly Christmas sweater contest and that is around 4:30pm as well as the giveaways.

Is there Wi-Fi and electricity available at the venue for vendors?

Yes, but please notify BB that you will need electricity.

​

Are there any restrictions on the types of products or services that can be promoted at the bridal expo? The focus is brides and their girls for the bride's wedding experience. 

​

Are there any exclusive sponsorship opportunities available for vendors?

Yes, contact events@bridalbattle.com to inquire about it. 

​

Can vendors conduct on-site sales at the expo, and are there any additional permits required?

Yes, sales are allowed, but remember these brides are here to have fun. 

​

What is the policy regarding food and beverage samples at the expo?

We will have catering and food trucks depending on availability. 

​​

Can vendors offer discounts or special promotions exclusively to attendees of the bridal expo?

Yes, we encourage you to bring some sort of gift certificate or giveaway when checking in.  We will give them out as prizes.

Is there a designated contact person for vendors to reach out to with questions 

or concerns before and during the event?

Yes, events@bridalbattle.com will contact you after you sign up and give you contact information closer to the event date.

​

What is the refund policy in case a vendor needs to cancel their booth reservation?

You can transfer it to the next Bridal Battle. 

​

Can vendors bring their own marketing materials?

Please bring your own to hand out to brides and bridesmaids.

​

What is the procedure for collecting leads and contact information from interested attendees? You can collect at your booth, but Lead lists are emailed out the  week after the event.

​

Is there a limit on the number of staff members/vendors allowed at each booth?

 Two staff max is usually all that is necessary and no one under 18 on the premises as we are serving alcohol. 

​

Can vendors offer samples or demonstrations of their products or services at the expo? Yes. 

​

What are the parking options for vendors, and is there a designated parking area for them?

There is plenty of parking, but you are welcome to park close to unload then please park away from the building to give priority parking for our guests. 

​

Can vendors participate in more than one bridal expo event organized by the same company? Absolutely at the Bridal Battle, we would like for you to participate in all our events. 

​

What is the policy on booth sharing between multiple vendors offering complementary products or services?

We don’t offer booth sharing at this time as we believe our pricing structure is beneficial for all vendors.
